No payments today

NextMock is currently free and does not charge for any test or feature, so there is nothing to refund. If anyone asks you to pay for NextMock, please let us know.

If paid plans are introduced

Any paid plan will have its refund terms shown before purchase. As a minimum:

• If you are charged twice, or charged for something you didn’t receive, we will refund the extra amount in full.
• If your bank shows a debit but the payment failed on our side, the amount is usually returned automatically within 5–7 working days. If it isn’t, email us the transaction (UTR/UPI) reference and a screenshot of the debit.
• Approved refunds go back to the original payment method.
