Show answer & explanation

Answer: (A) Only one

Explanation

Only statement 4 is correct (Puducherry 16 vs Arunachal 8). Nominated members are excluded, the value of an MLA's vote varies inversely with seats (population/seats/1000), and MP (131) is lower than Kerala (152).
