A glucometer is a small medical device that measures the concentration of glucose (sugar) in the blood, usually from a drop of blood placed on a test strip. Diabetic patients use it to monitor their blood sugar at home. Moisture in the air is measured by a hygrometer, and glucometers have nothing to do with nitrogen levels in air.
