संविधान सभेने भारतीय राष्ट्रीय ध्वज कधी अंगीकारला?

The Constituent Assembly adopted the tricolour as India's national flag on 22 July 1947, a few weeks before independence. It was moved by Jawaharlal Nehru and was based on the Swaraj flag designed by Pingali Venkayya.
