Figure X is symmetric about both its vertical and horizontal centre lines: each quarter is the mirror image of its neighbours. The missing bottom-right quarter must therefore be the mirror image of the bottom-left quarter (equivalently of the top-right one). Only option 2 has the petals, the half-circles and the corner bracket in those mirrored positions.
